FlexRoute is part of the extensive suite of flexible software solutions offered by Flexolution. It is a mobile application primarily focused on the maquiladora industry, for companies that offer personnel transportation services.
With FlexRoute, your employees will now have the benefit of knowing the exact location of their transportation to determine how long it will take to arrive at their location.
As a personnel manager or business owner, you will have the ability to register your own routes as an administrator, as well as their capacity and determine their utilization percentage. Additionally, it has an indicator dashboard that will help you make decisions and interpret the information recorded on the platform.

Staff
Specialized module for viewing personnel registered on the platform.
Routes
Module for viewing and recording the routes the system will support. The fields required for a new route are as follows: Code, Name, Route, Plant, Capacity.
Routes and Personnel
Module for registering new users on the platform, editing and deleting existing users, and changing passwords. The application includes the following roles: Administrator, Driver, Collaborator.
Route loading
Module for uploading information files from the Tress System, avoiding the need for manual registration by employees and thus allowing for automatic uploading of information.

- Staff, Active Collaborators
- Utilization percentage.
- Staffing Chart.
- Percentage of utilization per shift.
- Utilization percentage by division.

- Percentage of utilization by supervisor
- Percentage of utilization by route.

Route selection
A module that collaborators can use to indicate that they have embarked on a route. All they have to do is select the floor they are going to. Filtered routes for that specific floor will then be displayed.
Once the route is selected, it is saved in a temporary file in the application. When accessing Wi-Fi, the collaborator’s information is uploaded to avoid using mobile data.
Route monitoring
View the location of your co-worker en route on a map and see the approximate time it will take for the truck to reach its destination.
